Beehive Monitoring Technologies

Robert McCreery - 27 July 2017
Robert, from Dromore Beekeepers Association, spoke about their experiences with using technology with bees and hives, and the information they gathered about the pollen collected by the bees, as well as all the information provided by  the sensors. This gave rise to a lot of questions and suggestions from the audience, so perhaps we'll all have full electronic systems installed in our apiaries in the not too distant future!

This lecture was actually the annual Dan Deasy memorial  lecture - here Martin O'Rourke presents Robert with a  framed certificate  to celebrate the occasion.
As usual, thanks to Christina for her excellent drawings
