Our beginner's course for 2021 will be online because of the COVID-19 pandemic. This particular item is for those from another association who have an agreement with LBKA to participate in our course. Note that this does NOT include the Haynes Bee Manual.
An introductory lecture will be on 26th January, with the course itself starting on 2nd February and 7 subsequent Tuesdays. We will also hold a class on how to assemble frames. The course will be delivered by a team of experienced beekeepers.
The fee is €90 which includes:
- Classes and material
- FIBKA fees for the exam leading to the Preliminary Certificate of Proficiency in Beekeeping
- Regular lectures from qualified beekeepers
The fee is waived for persons under 18 years old, but they must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
